You can select up to 14 characters to personalise your bag, including letters, numbers and the choice of six different symbols.

We’re keeping it simple with one font for all. All you need to do is
pick your bag and font colour,  as well as the name/initials you’d like displayed.

We start working on your bag almost immediately to ensure you have them in your hot little hands soon after, so please check your order carefully before finalising it.

We don’t offer returns for change of mind.

We have a strict quality control system in place and every item is checked prior to shipping. If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can offer a resolution.
